Responsibilities
- Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
- Possess a strong motivation to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environment
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
- Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
- Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
- Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (automotive experience is a plus, not required)
- Strong motivation to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude with a high-energy, customer-focused approach
- Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance
- A self-motivated, proactive mindset with a strong work ethic
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license for the state of employment and a good driving record
