Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
  • Possess a strong motivation to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environment
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
  • Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
  • Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience (automotive experience is a plus, not required)
  • Strong motivation to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive attitude with a high-energy, customer-focused approach
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance
  • A self-motivated, proactive mindset with a strong work ethic
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license for the state of employment and a good driving record
