We need to output only HTML fragment, using for section headings,
for section headings, - for lists,
for prose. No markdown fences. No /. Include sections only if posting has real specific content. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The posting includes many sections: Job Overview, Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities, Required Qualifications, Strongly Preferred Qualifications, What Success Looks Like, Why This Role, About APTIM, What You Can Expect From APTIM, Pay range, Employee Benefits, etc.
We need to decide headings: Use
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we can adapt: The posting has sections: Job Overview (maybe treat as About the role), Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities (Responsibilities), Required Qualifications (Requirements/Qualifications), Strongly Preferred Qualifications (maybe Skills?), What Success Looks Like (maybe not a standard heading but could be part of Responsibilities?), Why This Role (maybe not needed), About APTIM (maybe not needed?), What You Can Expect From APTIM (maybe Benefits?), Pay range (Pay), Employee Benefits (Benefits). Also schedule not present.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. So we need to include sections for Responsibilities, Requirements/Qualifications, Skills (maybe Strongly Preferred Qualifications), Benefits, Pay. Possibly also About the role (Job Overview). The instruction: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". So we can use those exact headings or similar. Probably best to use those headings exactly: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. But we need to avoid duplication: Requirements and Qualifications maybe similar; but we can combine? The instruction says use those headings as examples; we can decide to include sections that make sense. We have both Required Qualifications and Strongly Preferred Qualifications. Could map Required Qualifications to Requirements, Strongly Preferred to Skills. Or we could have Requirements (required) and Qualifications (preferred). But they said "e.g." not mandatory list. We'll include sections: About the role (Job Overview), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities), Requirements (Required Qualifications), Skills (Strongly Preferred Qualifications), Benefits (Employee Benefits), Pay (Pay range). Also maybe include a short paragraph for metadata like location? Not given. No schedule.
We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from each section, but we can format as lists or paragraphs. Must not omit any substantive info. Must not add filler like "commensurate with experience". Ensure we don't include boilerplate like "As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate..." that's pay range; we keep that. For benefits, we need to keep the description but can format as list.
We must remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes some boilerplate like "Watch Our Video About APTIM - In Pursuit of Better" maybe considered promotional; but it's substantive? It's about APTIM; maybe we keep as part of About APTIM? But we are not including About APTIM section; we could drop it if not required. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could omit About APTIM and What You Can Expect From APTIM if we already have Benefits and Pay sections. However, we must preserve ALL substantive information; if we drop those sections, we lose that info. But maybe those sections are considered boilerplate? "What You Can Expect From APTIM" includes statements about work that is worthy, respect, flexibility, dogged determination, voice, investment. That's substantive but maybe considered generic marketing; but instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it. Could incorporate into Benefits or About the role? Might be better to have a section "About the company" but not in list of headings. However we can still use for any heading; not limited to those examples. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those. Safer to stick to those headings. We could map "What You Can Expect From APTIM" into Benefits or About the role? Might be a stretch. Perhaps we can include a section "About the role" that includes Job Overview and also What You Can Expect From APTIM? But that may mix.
Alternatively, we could create sections: About the role (Job Overview), Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, and also include a section "About APTIM" using About APTIM (though not in examples). The instruction didn't forbid other headings; it just gave examples. It said "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use other headings as long as they are . Probably acceptable.
Thus we will include sections: About the role (Job Overview), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities), Requirements (Required Qualifications), Skills (Strongly Preferred Qualifications), Benefits (Employee Benefits), Pay (Pay range), About APTIM (About APTIM), What You Can Expect (What You Can Expect From APTIM). That's many sections but okay.
We must ensure not to include filler like "commensurate with experience". None present.
We must not include duplicated lines. We'll need to watch for duplicated sentences.
Let's extract content.
Job Overview paragraph: "APTIM is seeking a hands-on Federal Capture Manager to help win strategic environmental remediation and technical services work. This role is ideal for an ambitious, proven capture professional who is ready to assume ownership of high-priority pursuits and gain increased visibility and influence within a growing federal business. The position may be filled at the Senior Manager or Director level based on experience and demonstrated capture success. The successful candidate will own assigned pursuits from early identification and qualification through capture, proposal development, negotiation and award. This individual will shape opportunities before solicitation release, develop customer and competitive intelligence, build executable win strategies, lead cross-functional pursuit teams and remain personally accountable for advancing opportunities across the finish line. This is a capture lead position, not a proposal manager role. The Capture Manager will establish the strategy and maintain ownership and continuity throughout proposal development, negotiations and award. The position will focus on federal environmental remediation pursuits, including investigations and remedial actions driven by CERCLA and RCRA, solicited under MATOCs, SATOCs, HTRW A-E, and stand-alone contracts to address environmental contaminants of concern (e.g. PFAS, VOCs, metals, radiological, etc.) for Department of War and civilian-agency customers. The successful candidate will work directly with RTS leadership and experienced operational and technical teams, with an opportunity to grow into broader business-development leadership based on performance."
