Capture Manager - Level 4 - Hybrid Telework

Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing competitive capture opportunities for US Government contracts, with a strong track record of success in securing new or re-compete business
• Mature understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and/or agency-specific regulations
• Experience developing, fostering, and maturing internal/external customer, stakeholder, and partner relationships
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a strong foundation in business acumen, effective communication, strategic planning and implementation
• Leverage flexible, adaptable, and versatile principles to navigate competing priorities and assignments to meet commitments
• Experience in developing and implementing focused capture strategies, including value propositions, win strategies, and competitive intelligence assessment

Job Description

These job requirements allow you to work at our Milwaukee, WI or Orlando, FL facility for part of your schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of your work schedule. What We’re Doing

Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive capture plans to pursue new or recompete business opportunities
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and assess competitor activity and stay informed about industry trends and developments
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers, stakeholders, and partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine capture strategies
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to inform value propositions and strategy
Create and deliver high-quality proposals, presentations, and other capture-related materials that showcase our company's capabilities and how we deliver value
Analyze and mitigate risks associated with capture efforts, and develop contingency plans as needed
