Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in subcontractor management or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
