Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in subcontractor management or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications
