Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering warm, polished, professional, and personalized service consistent with Delmonico Steakhouse and Fairmont New Orleans standards
- Serve as a floor-level leader and resource for Servers, Server Assistants, Food Runners, and other Front of House colleagues
- Support the Restaurant Management team in maintaining service standards, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee assigned dining areas or service sections and ensure all steps of service are executed consistently and accurately
- Assist in coordinating the timing and flow of service between the Front of House and Culinary teams
- Maintain strong communication with the Chef, Sous Chefs, Managers, Servers, and support staff throughout service
- Assist Servers with challenging service situations, guest requests, VIP experiences, and special occasions
