Capital Sourcing Analyst

About the role

This is an independent contractor role for Capital Sourcing Analysts who will identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

Responsibilities

• Source and submit qualified off-market or proprietary deals
• Work directly with capital allocators and sponsors on live opportunities
• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close
• Build a verified deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

Requirements

• Professionals already close to deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and networked professionals
• Experience and sourcing credibility for approved deal types

Qualifications

• Operators with visibility into real transactions
• Brokers and intermediaries with proprietary deal flow
• Advisors, consultants, or founders close to capital needs
• Networked professionals who consistently hear about deals early

Skills

• Ability to source and introduce qualified investment opportunities
• Knowledge of commercial real estate, private equity, and other relevant sectors
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Pay

Typical earnings range: $1,000–$10,000+ per closed transaction, paid only after successful deal close and fee collection. Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Analyst role.
