Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to identify risk, operational inefficiencies, and strategic opportunities across real estate portfolios, transactions, and capital investments.
  • Develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods.
  • Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.
  • Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.
  • Mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with: Conducting market research and analysis to assess property values, trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Identifying and evaluating properties for acquisition, development, or disposition.
  • Performing financial analysis, including cash flow modeling, ROI analysis, cap rates, and investment feasibility.
  • Managing and advising on due diligence processes, including property inspections, title reviews, environmental assessments, and financial analysis.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, leases, and transactional agreements.
  • Ensuring compliance with zoning regulations, legal requirements, environmental standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Coordinating financing strategies, lender relationships, and capital structuring activities.
  • Managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables across real estate transactions and capital initiatives.
  • Leading transaction execution, including closing coordination and post-close activities.
  • Ability to translate and communicate issues, risk, or challenges to client personnel, including executives.
  • Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Real Estate, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field).
  • 8+ years of experience in Consulting, Real Estate, Investment Management, or Capital Project-related roles.
  • Experience with real estate financial modeling and analytical tools preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, PMP, or related credentials are a plus.

Skills

  • Confidence in assessing real estate organizations, portfolios, and processes to identify risk, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Deep expertise across real estate transactions, investment analysis, and portfolio management.
  • Current on real estate market trends, investment strategies, and capital project developments.
  • Motivated to build executive-level relationships and deliver long-term value to clients.
  • Strong experience in process improvement, governance, and operational transformation.
  • Passionate about leading teams, mentoring talent, and creating development opportunities for others.
  • Active in go-to-market strategy and solution innovation within the real estate practice.
  • Lead business development efforts, including sourcing opportunities, leading proposals, and expanding relationships within existing and prospective clients.
  • Build a positive team culture that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Pay

$121,000.00 - $195,000.00

Schedule

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location.
