Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions.
  • Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.
  • Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.
  • Mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants to facilitate the successful completion of project work plans.
  • Assess real estate departments to identify areas of improvement and develop and optimize existing processes.
  • Analyze financial metrics such as cash flow, return on investment (ROI), cap rates, financing options, and investment feasibility.
  • Evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data.

  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, zoning regulations, environmental standards, building codes, and contractual obligations.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to transactions, including purchase contracts, leases, deeds, and disclosures.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence investigations, including property inspections, title searches, surveys, environmental assessments, and financial audits.
  • Arrange financing options, secure loans or mortgages, coordinate with lenders, and manage financial aspects of the transaction.
  • Coordinate with various parties involved in the transaction, including Managing timelines, milestones, and deadlines throughout the transaction process, including inspection periods, appraisal contingencies, loan approvals, and closing dates.
  • Coordinate the closing process, including finalizing documents, transferring ownership, disbursing funds, recording deeds, and completing post-closing tasks.
  • Build and cultivate business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
  • Translate and communicate issues, risks, updates, or challenges to client personnel, including executives and other involved stakeholders.
  • Lead and supervise teams, conduct performance appraisals, mentor and coach, oversee and review work, coordinate across teams, and understand how to motivate team members.
  • Prepare client proposals and strategies to win new business.
  • Work with a diverse portfolio of clients across the Real Estate industry.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with real estate process such as:
  • Conducting market research and analysis to understand trends, property values, comparable sales, and market conditions.
  • Identifying potential properties for acquisition, evaluating their investment potential, conducting due diligence, and negotiating purchase agreements.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, zoning regulations, environmental standards, building codes, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field).
  • 5+ years working in Consulting, Real Estate, Project Management, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field, either in professional services or industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Skills

  • Confidence in assessing real estate departments to identify areas of improvement and developing and optimizing existing processes.
  • Interest in all things related to real estate and capital projects, including the latest trends and developments.
  • Experience with documenting processes through flowcharts, narratives, policies, procedures and playbooks.
  • Passion about building relationships with large strategic clients and providing exceptional experiences for long-term projects in varying time zones.
  • Inherent interest in project management and team leadership.
  • Positive team culture that fosters open communication among all engagement team members.
  • Creation and implementation of development opportunities for others, including participating in the creation and rollout of training, and ways for your team to improve our clients and communities.
  • Interest in preparing client proposals and strategies to win new business.
  • Interest in working with a diverse portfolio of clients across the Real Estate industry.

$111,000.00 - $178,000.00

Schedule

Hybrid model combining in-person and remote work. Remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors.
