Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions.
- Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.
- Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.
- Mentor, train, and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants to facilitate the successful completion of project work plans.
- Assess real estate departments to identify areas of improvement and develop and optimize existing processes.
- Analyze financial metrics such as cash flow, return on investment (ROI), cap rates, financing options, and investment feasibility.
- Evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data.

- Translate and communicate issues, risks, updates, or challenges to client personnel, including executives and other involved stakeholders.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with real estate process such as: Conducting market research and analysis to understand trends, property values, comparable sales, and market conditions.
- Identifying potential properties for acquisition, evaluating their investment potential, conducting due diligence, and negotiating purchase agreements.
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, zoning regulations, environmental standards, building codes, and contractual obligations.
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to transactions, including purchase contracts, leases, deeds, and disclosures.
- Arranging financing options, securing loans or mortgages, coordinating with lenders, and managing financial aspects of the transaction.
- Coordinating with various parties involved in the transaction, including Managing timelines, milestones, and deadlines throughout the transaction process, including inspection periods, appraisal contingencies, loan approvals, and closing dates.
- Coordinating the closing process, including finalizing documents, transferring ownership, disbursing funds, recording deeds, and completing post-closing tasks.
- Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
- Leading teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field).
- 5+ years working in Consulting, Real Estate, Project Management, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field, either in professional services or industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
