About the role

The Capital Program Director oversees the City’s Capital Program within the Department of Finance and Administration and in close coordination with the cross-departmental Capital Committee. This position is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development and administration of the City of Burlington General Fund Capital Plan. This includes but is not limited to planning for physical improvements or replacement of City owned capital assets, working with stakeholders to optimize and develop efficient financial strategies for annual and unexpected capital
