USAA seeks a Capital Markets Analyst Senior to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of credit facility and bank relationship management or rating agency relationship management.
- Demonstrate expertise as the primary point of contact for internal and external relationship, strategy, and communication.
- Lead the entire capital markets process for external third-party bank relationships, including offering documents, underwriting decisions, managing approvals, relations with internal and external stakeholders, and due diligence responses.
- Negotiate price, terms, and conditions of USAA’s credit facility and oversee documentation and the entire amend and extend process, including strategic business meetings and partnership with impacted stakeholders such as legal, accounting, procurement, and senior leadership.
- Direct work efforts to maintain, inventory, and service debt covenants and restrictions and produce reports.
- Lead potential risk evaluation process.
- Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
- 6 years of finance, treasury, capital management, capital markets experience or CFA and 4 years of finance, treasury, capital management or capital markets experience.
- Ability to effectively work with both internal and external partners.
- Proven communication skills required of relationship management with internal and external contacts.
- Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications.

- US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner.
- Ability to cultivate executive-level relationships that influence strategic direction, accelerate decision-making, and support enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Ability to serve as liaison to build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups by leveraging strong communication, negotiation, and influence skills.
- Champion a collaborative culture by connecting cross-functional teams, removing barriers, and fostering long-term partnerships across the enterprise.
- Advanced organizational skills with demonstrated accountability.

Pay
The salary range for this position is: $93,770 - $179,240.
Schedule
This position is based in San Antonio, TX. Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
