Senior Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Month-End Close: Executes specialized month-end close activities, including journal entries and open PO accrual management, while supporting finance partners with operational tasks.
• Performs analyses to track and maintain product placements
• Compliance & Audit Oversight: Serves as the primary point of contact for audit support, ensuring all documentation meets internal and external regulatory requirements.
• Project support: Identifies and investigates issues related to assigned projects and proactively anticipates needs.
• Selects approach from accepted body of methodology or recommended alternatives.
• Discrepancy Investigation & Resolution: Tracks, analyzes, and investigates customer billing inquiries or disputes. Researches transaction histories and collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and issue adjustments or credits when necessary.
• Communicates synthesized analysis, findings and recommendations to stakeholders so that conclusions and implications are understood
• Process Optimization: Drives operational excellence by continuously looking for efficiencies, performing process improvements, and thoroughly documenting necessary changes to optimize financial workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business related field; Master’s degree, MBA, or CPA preferred
• SAP Experience, FI-CO module preferred
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, such as GAAP and/or IFRS
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Excellent analytical skills and experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong financial acumen and business knowledge
• Demonstrates an ability to influence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Pay

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indiana is $81,200.00 - $150,800. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
