Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, and lead a project team
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget
- Partner closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth execution with minimal disruption to operations
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven experience managing both employees and contractors
- Experience in construction management, facilities improvement, project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and safety compliance
