This role is hands-on and people-focused, leading a year-round project team while coordinating with subcontractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead a project team
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget
• Partner closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth execution with minimal disruption to operations

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven experience managing both employees and contractors
• Experience in construction management, facilities improvement, project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and safety compliance
