About the role
The Strategy and Transformation consultant supports Capgemini clients to innovate and develop new strategies, services, and products. They design and implement new business and operating models and bring to life the organizations of the future. They develop customer insights, organizational knowledge, and market perspectives.
At this grade, the consultant is responsible for the completion of small or medium-sized projects and may lead a team. They develop a reputation for domain expertise internally and begin to establish market visibility. They also contribute to training delivery to share knowledge within the organization.
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $126,000–$173,000. Capgemini provides this range in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may vary based on factors such as geographic location, education, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on position and applicable laws.
