About the role

The Strategy and Transformation consultant supports Capgemini clients to innovate and develop new strategies, services, and products. He/she designs and implements new business and operating models and brings to life the organizations of the future. He/she develops customer insights, organizational knowledge, and market perspectives.

At this grade level, the consultant is responsible for the completion of small or medium-sized projects and can lead a team. He/she develops a reputation for domain expertise internally and begins to develop market visibility. He/she is also involved in training delivery to share knowledge within the organization.

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $127,500–$249,350. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, market considerations, and internal pay equity.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws. Compensation is not considered earned, vested, or payable until it becomes due under the terms of applicable plans or agreements.
