About the role
We’re seeking a Canvass Supervisor who can lead a dynamic team, support growth, and drive field marketing success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of canvassers to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and actionable feedback to help team members improve
- Recruit and build the team by assisting with recruiting, conducting phone screenings, and interviews
- Track daily canvassing activities and team performance
- Collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies and team development
- Safely operate a company-provided van to transport canvassers to and from neighborhoods
Requirements
- Walk neighborhoods for extended periods — this is an active, boots-on-the-ground role
- Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Able to use a personal cell phone for work-related communication, scheduling, and operational needs
- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record is essential
