Candidate Experience Coordinator

Talento PriceTravel Holding is hiring a Candidate Experience Coordinator to support recruiting and people operations for a travel distribution and ecommerce organization, along with customer and business support. This full-time, 100% remote position is open to candidates throughout the United States.

About the role

In this role, you will support clear, timely, and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a candidate contact for scheduling, logistics, process updates, and routine hiring questions.
• Coordinate interview confirmations, reminders, reschedules, and virtual-meeting details.
• Track candidate communications, interview milestones, pending actions, and feedback status in the ATS across recruiting and travel-business support.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring teams so applicants are not left without timely next-step information.
• Prepare candidate-facing instructions, interview materials, and pre-hire communications using approved templates.
• Monitor recurring candidate questions or process friction and share improvement opportunities with the recruiting team.

Requirements

• Strong customer-service, written communication, organization, and scheduling skills.
• Comfort using ATS platforms, calendars, email, video meetings, and shared recruiting tools.
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates at different stages of the process.
• Reliable follow-through on time-sensitive scheduling and candidate updates.
• High discretion when handling candidate records and interview information.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$61,000 - $68,500 per year
