• Member in good standing with one of the real estate appraisal governing bodies
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Able to meet defined deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
