What You’ll Do
- Cook up multiple research protocols and projects that drive real-world impact
- Engage directly with participants — screening, consenting, enrolling, and supporting them throughout the study
- Manage essential research data using REDCap and OnCore
- Partner with the Institutional Review Board on protocol development, submissions, and updates
- Identify recruitment barriers and help shape strategies to overcome them
- Aid in developing study materials, maintaining regulatory documentation, and tracking study progress
- Collaborate closely with 2–3 principal investigators and work with a dynamic team of Research Assistants, Project Managers, clinicians, and scientists
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Professions field
- 24 months experience in nursing, healthcare, or clinical trials management
Required Certifications And Licenses
- If the department requires an RN or Physician Assistant, the applicant must have current State licensure.
