Cancer Outcomes Research Program Coordinator

What You’ll Do

  • Cook up multiple research protocols and projects that drive real-world impact
  • Engage directly with participants — screening, consenting, enrolling, and supporting them throughout the study
  • Manage essential research data using REDCap and OnCore
  • Partner with the Institutional Review Board on protocol development, submissions, and updates
  • Identify recruitment barriers and help shape strategies to overcome them
  • Aid in developing study materials, maintaining regulatory documentation, and tracking study progress
  • Collaborate closely with 2–3 principal investigators and work with a dynamic team of Research Assistants, Project Managers, clinicians, and scientists

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Professions field
  • 24 months experience in nursing, healthcare, or clinical trials management

Required Certifications And Licenses

  • If the department requires an RN or Physician Assistant, the applicant must have current State licensure.
