Description

Queens Community House is seeking volunteers for their Friendly Visiting Program!

The program pairs homebound older adults aged 60+ with caring volunteers for weekly visits or phone calls, to help reduce isolation and loneliness in the community.

Volunteer Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Commit to at least 6 months of volunteering
• Complete a background check
• Provide 2 non-familial references
