Friendly Visiting

Queen Community House's Friendly Visiting Program matches homebound older adults with volunteers in their community, creating intergenerational relationships in Central and Southeast Queens. We're currently in need of volunteers to provide social engagement to Older Adults in Jamaica and St. Albans, Queens.

• Volunteers must be 18 and over
• Must be open to committing to 6 months of volunteerism
• A background check is required to participate in the program
• Volunteers can either call an older adult or do in-person visits upon approval
