CAN Driver

This is an interview-based position focused on ensuring timely delivery of packages to predetermined customers on specific routes.

Responsibilities

• Review orders prior to delivery
• Load and unload vehicle
• Provide exceptional customer service to our client base
• Perform other assigned tasks as required
• Maintain minimum thresholds for mandatory tests and training
• Work in a Windows environment
• Successfully complete periodic training and maintain annual accreditations if applicable
• Work various shifts based on operational needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or educational equivalent
• Valid full G license / Class 5 driver’s license
• Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training
• Ability to successfully complete all basic and re-currency training
• Ability to lift 70 lbs
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment
• In Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English)
• For driving-focused roles: no more than two infractions and/or accidents in the 24 months prior to application

Qualifications

• One (1) year of customer-oriented business experience preferred but not required
• Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations is an asset
• Minimum 3 months to learn or adjust to the job

Pay

$21.09/hour

Schedule

• Casual, flexible shifts (Mon–Sat operation)
• Shift timings may vary based on operational needs
