HybridFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must include only sections with real specific content. Must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job description. Sections: - Business Unit/Role Specific Info (maybe we can treat as "About the role" or similar). The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content to those headings. We have: - Business Unit/Role Specific Info: description of CFR, CRU, etc. That could be "About the role". We'll put that under

About the role

with paragraphs. - Responsibilities: there is a "Responsibilities" heading with bullet list: "How will you make an impact in this role?" then bullet points: Rate and underwrite credit exposures..., Conduct fundamental analysis..., Utilize outputs..., Assess the need for credit extension... We'll put under

Responsibilities

with
  • . - Qualifications: there is "Qualifications" with Minimum Requirements and Preferred Requirements. We'll put under

    Qualifications

with paragraphs/lists. - Skills: maybe not explicit but we can infer from Preferred Requirements: "Confident and persuasive written and verbal communicator" etc. Could be under Skills. But we can also include them under Qualifications. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Skills into Qualifications or maybe separate if there is distinct content. The Preferred Requirements includes many items: understanding of fundamental financial analysis, comfortable with GAAP/IFRS, etc. Those could be considered Skills. But we can keep Qualifications section containing both minimum and preferred. That's fine. - Benefits: there is "About The Team" with benefits list: Competitive base salaries, Flexible work arrangements..., Free access to global on-site wellness centers..., Free and confidential counselling support..., Career development and training opportunities. Also mention "For a full list of Team Amex benefits, visit out Colleague Benefits Site ." We'll include Benefits section with those bullet points. - Pay: there is a paragraph about salary range: "The below represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors." However no actual numbers given. This is filler? It says "expected salary range" but no numbers. According to instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Since the posting does not state actual numbers, we should not create a Pay section. So omit Pay. - Schedule: there is mention of flexible work arrangements and schedules with hybrid and virtual options with Amex Flex. That's under Benefits? Actually it's under About The Team benefits list: "Flexible work arrangements and schedules with hybrid and virtual options with Amex Flex". That's a benefit, not schedule section. So we don't need separate Schedule. - About Us: could be omitted? It's generic culture description. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's about company culture. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. About Us is not explicitly boilerplate but could be considered generic. However it's substantive? It describes culture, values, etc. Might be okay to keep as "About the company" but not in the list of allowed headings. The allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content to those. About Us could be omitted or folded into About the role? Probably better to omit as it's not required. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can keep About the role (which includes Business Unit/Role Specific Info). We can also include a short paragraph about company culture under About the role if we want, but it's not necessary. We'll keep it minimal. - About The Team: we already used for Benefits. - EEO statement: remove. - Salary range paragraph: we decided not to include Pay section because no numbers. - Also there is a line: "US Job Seekers - Click to view the “ Know Your Rights ” poster." That's application instruction/legal, remove. - Also "If the link does not work, you may access the poster by copying and pasting the following URL in a new browser window: https://www.eeoc.gov/poster" remove. - Also "For positions covered by federal and/or state banking regulations, American Express will comply with such regulations as it relates to the consideration of applicants with criminal convictions." That's EEO/legal, remove. - Also "We back our colleagues with the support they need to thrive, professionally and personally. That's why we have Amex Flex, our enterprise working model that provides greater flexibility to colleagues while ensuring we preserve the important aspects of our unique in-person culture." This is somewhat benefits/flexible work; we already captured flexible work arrangements in Benefits. Could keep as part of Benefits. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown. We'll produce:

We should ensure we didn't include any filler like "For a full list of Team Amex benefits, visit out Colleague Benefits Site ." That's a reference; we could include as a sentence but it's not a benefit. Might be considered boilerplate? It's a link to benefits site; could be omitted. We'll omit. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not duplicated. Check for any EEO etc removed. Check for any mention of Pay: we omitted. Check for any mention of Schedule: we omitted. Now ensure we didn't invent or summarize away detail. We preserved all substantive info from the original. Let's verify we captured all substantive info: Business Unit/Role Specific Info: we captured description of CFR, CRU, etc. Did we capture all details? Let's re-read original: "Business Unit/Role Specific Info Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) is a global function, responsible for making the right credit and fraud risk decisions that upholds operational excellence, drive growth, and accelerate innovation across American Express. CFR combines technology and infrastructure with new computing techniques to make better risk decisions and provide real-time customer communications and fraud servicing. Commercial Rating and Underwriting (CRU) sits within the Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) division within American Express. The Commercial Rating and Underwriting (CRU) team plays a critical role in assessing and managing the risk of institutional exposures across all business areas of American Express, and in all regions globally. Credit exposures are primarily generated through corporate and small business card programs, via merchant service relationships where non-delivery risk exists, and among the securities portfolio held for firm-wide liquidity. CRU is led from Salt Lake City with regional teams in New York, London, Singapore, and Sydney. In addition to determining the internal credit rating which drives the probability of default of each exposure, CRU also calculates the loss given default of these obligors while underwriting card programs. As a bank holding company, American Express must align with the highest global banking standards set by the bank’s primary regulator, the Federal Reserve." We need to include all that. In our About the role paragraph we need to include that. Let's craft a paragraph that includes all those points. We'll produce:

That covers all. Now Responsibilities: we captured bullet points. Need to ensure we captured exactly as in posting: Original: "Rate and underwrite credit exposures within the assigned region, industry, and business line.Conduct fundamental analysis through a thorough review of:Business operationsFinancial performanceIndustry and country riskUtilize outputs from internal and external rating models to support credit decisions.Assess the need for credit extension by evaluating:Relationship profitabilityProgram structures" We need to split into separate bullets. We have: - Rate and underwrite credit exposures within the assigned region, industry, and business line. - Conduct fundamental analysis through a thorough review of: Business operations, Financial performance, Industry and country risk - Utilize outputs from internal and external rating models to support credit decisions. - Assess the need for credit extension by evaluating: Relationship profitability, Program structures That's correct. Now Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: "Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program (Bachelors) Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028". We captured. Preferred Requirements: list includes many items. Let's verify we captured all: Original Preferred Requirements: "Student working on a bachelor’s degree or substantial coursework in finance,
