We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Campus Steward to maintain clean, safe, and professional exterior spaces at our facility. This part-time role is essential to ensuring our facility is welcoming and ready for daily operations. The position requires short morning and evening shifts focused on opening and closing routines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and secure patio furniture and umbrellas
• Clean entry doors and exterior areas
• Sweep, blow debris, and pick up trash
• Maintain trash storage area
• Report any maintenance or safety issues

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently
• Comfortable with basic cleaning equipment (leaf blower, etc.)
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work outdoors
• Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Schedule

This is a part‑time, split‑shift position requiring approximately 12 hours of work per day: a morning opening routine and an end‑of‑day closing routine.
