About the Role

This is a 9-month, 7-hour per day support-staff position located at Shadow Ridge High School in Las Vegas. The role involves working with children and youth as a Campus Security Monitor.

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent (GED, foreign equivalency, etc.).
• Experience working with children and youth.
• Valid driver’s license or state-issued identification card.
• Current CPR/AED certificate from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or similar organization. Certification must include an in-person, hands-on component (online courses will not be accepted) and must be maintained for the duration of the assignment.
• Completion of CCSD Campus Security Monitor training prior to start date, including online modules, a physical agility test, and a full-day defensive tactics training. Certification must be maintained for the duration of the assignment.

Documents Required at Time of Application

• High school transcript or equivalent (GED, foreign equivalency, etc.).
• Copy of a valid driver’s license or state-issued identification card.
• Copy of the front and back of a current CPR/AED certificate.
• Current CCSD Campus Security Monitor Certificate, if already in possession.
• Specific documented evidence of training and experience to satisfy qualifications.
