About the role
The Registrar is responsible for providing an internal audit of the functions of campus-level Registrar and for providing support to campuses in understanding the Registrar Policy & Procedures.
Responsibilities
- Show proficiency in all Student Academic Record skill areas.
- Achieve and maintain a working knowledge of ACCSC Standards of Accreditation.
- Achieve and maintain working knowledge of the Federal Student Aid Handbook.
- Assist in the implementation of new Registrar Policies to conform to all regulatory standards.
- Process monthly Student Status Change Confirmation reporting and reconciliation.
- Process annual Gainful Employment reporting and reconciliation.
- Perform weekly Forced Drop Review.
- Maintain Registrar Calendar.
- Assist in the development of new training resources and materials.
- Support Admissions through Enrollment services.
- Provide training to include:
- CampusNexus Management
- Student enrollment
- Build and schedule classes
- Post attendance and grades
- Make student status changes
- Transfer students
- Perform Satisfactory Academic Progress calculations
- Run and analyze CampusNexus reports
- Conduct self-audits
- Assist in campus mock and accreditation audits/visits.
- Perform and complete other tasks that may be assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, or equitable on-the-job experience required.
- At least two (2) years of Registrar experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven, compliance-oriented educational environment.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, and able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity, strong work ethic, and professionalism.
- Persuasive and effective verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service in an educational setting.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Exhibits a positive, team-oriented attitude by remaining flexible and available to work outside of scheduled hours when needed.
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred.
- Anthology experience preferred.
Pay
The compensation range for this position pays up to $30.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
Schedule
40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Occasional Saturday prior to term start.
