What You Will Be Accountable For
- Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for campus and early career positions from intake meetings through offer acceptance.
- Handle a high-volume workload of approximately 50–60 concurrent requisitions while maintaining exceptional candidate experience and hiring quality.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, recruiting timelines, and talent requirements.
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify qualified early career candidates through university partnerships, career fairs, referrals, applicant tracking systems, and online recruiting resources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university career services offices and student organizations.
- Coordinate and facilitate campus recruiting events including career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and interview days.
- Schedule campus visits, reserve event space, coordinate interview logistics, and market recruiting events to students using collegiate recruiting platforms.
- Utilize platforms such as Handshake, Yello, or similar university recruiting tools to engage student populations.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Guide hiring managers throughout the recruiting process while ensuring consistent hiring practices and process compliance.
- Clock interview schedules with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition activity within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies, federal and state employment laws, and Equal Employment Opportunity guidelines.
- Prepare offer recommendations and support the offer process through acceptance.
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain recruiting reports using Excel and ATS reporting tools.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.
- Represent the organization professionally at university recruiting events and career fairs.
What Qualifications You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- 5–8 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
- Previous experience recruiting for campus, university, internship, or early career hiring programs.
- Experience managing approximately 50–60 active requisitions simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success partnering with hiring managers and influencing recruiting decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative recruiting skills.
- Experience coordinating recruiting events, interview days, and university career fairs.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while meeting aggressive hiring deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience maintaining recruiting documentation and ensuring process consistency.
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more years of dedicated campus recruiting experience.
- Experience using collegiate recruiting platforms such as: Handshake, Yello, Similar university recruiting software.
- Experience supporting internship or rotational leadership development programs.
- Experience coordinating university recruiting events across multiple campuses.
