Key Responsibilities
- Manage a large portfolio of high volume requisitions across multiple areas of the business, ensuring timely and efficient recruiting processes
- Ensure hiring managers understand the hiring process, compliance, and nuances of early career hiring
- Effectively communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Utilize ATS, CRM, and other tools to screen a high volume of candidates in order to identify top talent
- Adhere to all process and policy needed to maintain compliance throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a similar industry or sector
- Proven track record of success in managing a large number of requisitions and achieving recruitment goals
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders
- Proficiency in recruitment software and technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems
