Talent Acquisition Early Career/College Recruiter (On-site)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting efforts across multiple business areas. This role will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of requisitions, partnering with hiring managers, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of requisitions across multiple business functions while maintaining recruiting goals and timelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure understanding of recruiting processes, compliance requirements, and early career hiring practices.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using ATS, CRM, and other recruiting tools.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide a positive candidate experience.
• Cook up and manage interview scheduling and candidate tracking activities.
• Ensure all recruiting activities adhere to established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to support hiring decisions and process improvements.

Requirements

• A high school diploma is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Pay

Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
