Requirements
- Master's degree in Education, Special Education, Counseling, Psychology, Higher Education, or related field together with two (2) or more years of related experience working with individuals with disabilities that includes up to two (2) years of supervisory experience; or a combination of education, training and experience which would lead to the competencies required for successful performance of the position’s essential duties.
- Comprehensive knowledge of disability laws, including ADA, Section 504, HIPAA, and FERPA.
- Expertise in interpreting diagnostic assessments and understanding disability impacts.
- Demonstrated intercultural competence and commitment to inclusive excellence.
- Supervisory experience with staff and/or open-access student workers.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, including individuals with disabilities
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Qualifications
- Four (4) or more years of Experience working with students with disabilities in higher education and open access institutions.
- Advanced knowledge of disability law and accessibility best practices.
- Experience collaborating with faculty on inclusive teaching and universal design.

Salary range; $80,901-$86,320 approximate annual
