About the role

Maintains successful operation of the Social Service Department ensuring that the department meets all local, state, county, and federal agency regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Minimum two years' experience preferred in case work
• Thorough knowledge of case work process in medical and public health settings
• Working knowledge of social and health resources in the community
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population
• Mastery of the English language

• Directs and delegates the management of professional and ancillary social service staff
