Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate seminar prospects from company and commercial contacts.
- Check email and update RSVP event status.
- Order supplies and maintain supply of on-hand marketing materials.
- Check ALAS system lead status and update as appropriate.
- Execute integrated sales & marketing demand generation campaigns.
- Schedule, administer, and coordinate grassroots events, location showcase events, seminars, affinity relationships, direct mail (oversight), other events.
- Secure payment, permits, legal contacts, and insurance as required.
- Ensure sales team has necessary materials to support the event.
- Affirm materials used by the market adhere to branding standards.
- Provide logistical support.
Collaborate with Sales Teams
- Assign leads to the sales team within 24 hours of an event.
- Present qualified opportunities to the sales team with necessary meeting notes and company research.
- Communicate event schedules, deadlines, and progress in weekly sales meetings.
- Report on event or program costs.
- Made suggestions and recommendations to improve future activities.
Reporting/Training
- Reports details and frequency of ALAS related training.
- Reports on event/campaign lead generation.
- Maintains detailed monthly and quarterly metrics reports of all lead generation programs.
- Tracks all campaigns and leads via ALAS.
Education
Associate’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field. One (1) year of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
- Manage a high volume of small tasks related to lead generation and lead assignment.
- Maintain accurate and careful lead records in ALAS for facilitation of lead assignment, reporting, and tracking of leads into opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with the sales team.
Work Conditions
- Generally works indoors at company or commercial locations.
- May attend outdoor functions.
- Standard business dress is required.
- Sitting continuously for many hours per day, up to 6 hours per day.
- Standing for extended periods, as required.
- Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, including paperwork, calculators, computers, and phone usage.
- Prepare, pack, lift, load, transport required training materials and equipment.
Work Hours
Working a number of evenings every month. Travel 3-4 weeks per month.
Compensation
Salary: $22.00/hr. - $26.00/hr. An individual's pay within the scale is based on several factors including background, skills, relevant experience, performance, education, and work location.
