The Big Picture

The Campaign Operations Specialist is a key member of Edible Brands’ Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) team. This team is responsible for bringing brand strategy to life across every customer touchpoint for both Edible Arrangements and Rōti. In this role, you are the operational engine that keeps the IMC team running, and the reason our campaigns get to market on time.

  • Own and maintain the go-to-market process across both Edible Arrangements and Rōti—serving as the source of truth on where every campaign stands, what’s due, and what’s at risk.
  • Manage creative deliverable deadlines across campaigns—collaborating with external creative agencies, proactively flagging delays, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned on timing.
  • Build and maintain cross-functional and agency process documentation, turning recurring workflows into clear, repeatable SOPs that the team can rely on.
  • Manage campaign asset filing in Monday.com and Cloudinary, or equivalent tools, in collaboration with the Brand team and Creative agency, ensuring final creative is organized and accessible after each campaign closes.
  • Influencer Marketing: Provide operational support for influencer activations across Edible Arrangements and Rōti—coordinating logistics, timelines, and deliverables in partnership with the Sr. Marketing Specialist and Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing.
  • Local Marketing Operations Support: Assist with the operational side of our local store marketing (LSM) program for Edible Arrangements. Support the production and distribution of seasonal store marketing materials—managing vendor timelines and ensuring franchise locations are equipped and ready at launch.

What That Looks Like Day to Day

Own the management and trafficking of BAU (business-as-usual) creative requests from Corporate and Store teams—working with designers on creative production, setting timelines, partnering with Brand on approvals, and trafficking final assets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience marketing operations, campaign coordination, project management, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with project management and asset management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Cloudinary, or similar).
  • Exposure to franchise or retail marketing environments is a plus but not required.

How You Work

  • Process-driven and improvement-oriented. You naturally look for ways to make work more efficient, scalable, and repeatable, building structure into day-to-day execution.
  • Fast-moving with strong attention to detail. You balance speed and accuracy, catching issues early while keeping momentum on deliverables.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented. You anticipate needs, flag risks before they escalate, and keep stakeholders informed without needing direction.
  • Highly collaborative operator. You take pride in being the behind-the-scenes force that keeps teams aligned, supported, and moving forward.
  • Adaptable across priorities and brands. You can seamlessly context-switch across projects, audiences, and tones while maintaining consistency and quality.
