About The Team
The Campaign Marketer develops and leads integrated account-based marketing (ABM) strategies designed to drive engagement, pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and growth within Kinaxis' strategic and enterprise accounts. This role serves as the marketing lead for priority account programs, leveraging customer insights, account intelligence, market trends, and buying-group analysis to create highly targeted marketing strategies aligned with sales priorities and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies for strategic and enterprise accounts that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue outcomes.
- Partner with Sales to identify priorities, build account plans, and align marketing investments to target account opportunities.
- Design and orchestrate integrated 1:1 and 1:few marketing programs across multiple channels to support account acquisition, expansion, and opportunity acceleration.
- Leverage account intelligence, engagement insights, and performance analytics to optimize strategy, improve account penetration, and maximize business impact.
- Serve as the primary marketing advisor for assigned strategic account teams, providing expertise on account-based marketing best practices and tactics.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales to deliver coordinated account experiences and drive go-to-market objectives.
- Manage demand requests for ad-hoc marketing needs of the sales team to support account-based selling initiatives and track and report on key account metrics and outcomes.
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms to build, launch, and track campaigns, manage lead nurturing workflows, and measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in campaign and ABM marketing, and recommend innovative approaches to drive results and differentiate the brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including significant experience in account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, integrated marketing, or revenue marketing.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing account-based marketing strategies that drive engagement, pipeline growth, opportunity acceleration, and revenue outcomes.
- Experience partnering with Sales leaders and strategic account teams to develop account plans and aligned go-to-market strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage account intelligence, engagement data, and performance metrics to inform decisions and optimize results.
- Experience using marketing automation, CRM, ABM, and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, 6sense, LinkedIn, Highspot, or similar technologies).
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate independently in a highly collaborative environment.
