Campaign Manager, Influencer Marketing

Affiliate marketing connects brands with publishers—such as influencers or review sites—that influence, inform, or help shoppers find the best deals. CJ enables these partnerships, creating valuable resources for consumers.
Responsibilities
- Lead client partnerships, ensuring alignment with client KPIs, brand guidelines, and campaign strategy.
- Host weekly client and agency calls, leveraging your team to communicate progress and performance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and shared client teams to keep them apprised of performance and campaign needs.
- Generate new relationships between brands and influencers by identifying investment opportunities that align with campaign goals and audience fit.
- Apply influencer industry trends and channels to client campaigns.
- Identify and implement efficiencies across VIP processes.
- Represent CJ through thought leadership via Junction articles and participation in industry events.
- Develop influencer and content strategies for seasonal and annual brand initiatives, including platform and budget recommendations, creative concepts, and post frequency.
- Manage campaign workload across the team, establish workback schedules, and ensure delivery to client deadlines.
- Benchmark and forecast campaign performance to ensure data-driven pitches.
- Collaborate with analysts and influencer managers to deliver post-campaign analysis and whitelisting recommendations.
- Oversee financial processes, including creating IOs and invoices, managing net terms, and ensuring payment deadlines are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in online marketing—ideally in digital performance, including 3 years in influencer or social media marketing.
- Clear and effective communicator, able to convey complex results simply and demonstrate strong business acumen and digital marketing expertise.
- Strong leadership skills to foster a team culture where roles, needs, and accountability are well-defined.
- Ability to execute diverse tasks within deadlines while delivering high-quality results and contributing to campaign formation.
- Experience working across departments to build consensus and achieve objectives.
- Results-oriented problem solver, comfortable using data insights to drive strategic outcomes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Respectful of varying opinions and perspectives.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analytics experience to create, analyze, and derive insights from reporting platforms.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong client presentation skills.
- Self-initiative and eagerness to enhance your skillset.
- Knowledge of influencer platforms like Captiv8, which may be added to our tech stack.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the office.

Pay
Compensation range: USD $81,225.00 - USD $116,655.00 annually. Pay is determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, consistent with applicable law.
