Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is at the heart of our mission to transform how our brands connect with customers across North America. Working alongside the Senior Marketing Manager and a collaborative team, you'll help bring innovative products and services to life through creative, high-impact marketing communication campaigns. Your creativity and execution will drive real measurable growth. You will help shape the narrative and market position for portfolio of Concrete & Cement Admixtures and Pigments Products that influences buying decisions across construction and specialty markets.
Collaborate
- Ignite Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, PR, advertising, and experiential channels, ensuring cohesive product positioning and measurable ROI.
- Drive Loyalty: Contribute to the creation of sales enablement and promotional programs with Customer Engagement -- literature, samples, merchandising, displays, webpages, and social -- that improve sales conversion.
- Champion the Customer: Support Voice of the Customer research with Product Management and Sales, including jobsite visits and field collaboration with Territory Managers, to uncover customer needs and inform messaging.
- Be the Brand Ambassador: Represent the business at trade shows, customer events, and educational seminars to generate demand and strengthen partner relationships.

- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager, Vice President of Marketing & Product Management and Canadian Marketing leadership on Saint-Gobain North American initiatives related to Non-Residential & Infrastructure North Stars.
Effective Time Management. Ability to handle multiple projects of varied importance to the promised results
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- 7-10 Years of Marketing or Product Management
- Experience successfully managing deadline-driven marketing/sales initiatives
- Demonstrated capability in planning, organizing, integrating, and measuring projects & programs
- Ability to work in heavily matrixed organization
- Strong problem solving, analytical & computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
- Experience in a large, matrixed organization
