Campaign Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations and long-term planning of major initiatives using project management tools.
- Track tasks, communications, and fundraising milestones.
- Maintain and organize digital files.
- Coordinate volunteer committees and on-campus engagements.
- Provide executive support to the AVP for College Relations by managing development activities, travel, and on-campus engagements.
- Process invoices and reconcile expense reports.
- Plan meetings.
- Liaise with Advancement Operations to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with Development Communications to track the production and curation of marketing collateral and solicitation materials.
- Help produce campaign progress reports and dashboards for leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple diverse assignments/projects simultaneously and meet complex goals.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to respond diplomatically to diverse constituencies and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in assessing and translating data to address complex challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience working within Slate CRM or similar advancement databases.
- Experience in high-level project management within a higher education or non-profit fundraising environment.

Application Review: Application review will begin on June 24, 2026. Pay range is from $82,500 to $92,500, commensurate with experience.

Remote Work Policy: Hybrid on-site/remote work arrangements may be available for up to 2 days of remote work per week for employees based in MA, NY, CT, or VT, following a fully in-person onboarding period. This position requires a majority physical presence on campus with a minimum of 3 days per week of on-campus, in-person work. Remote work arrangements are subject to review and revision as policy evolves.
