About the role
This position is responsible for the development and execution of CRM campaigns to grow and retain T-Mobile's customer base. The role ensures timeliness, quality, and accuracy of campaign execution and results, while identifying channel and process improvements to enhance campaign management efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Plans, builds, and leads CRM campaigns for T-Mobile customers through relevant channels (e.g., Direct Mail, Outbound & Inbound Calls, Care, Retail, Email, SMS, on-device, and web), ensuring efficient execution on time and on budget.
- Receives strategic direction from business partners and develops recommended campaigns, including contact strategies and frequency, to support strategic goals.
- Reviews concept briefings with requestors, performs feasibility studies, and aligns schedules and timelines across collaborator groups.
- Acts as a liaison between internal collaborators and reporting teams.
- Regularly communicates campaign impact and recommendations to internal collaborators and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- 4-7 years of research, build, and training experience.
- 2-4 years of Project Management experience, including leading small to medium-sized projects, potentially simultaneously.
- 2-4 years of experience leading CRM campaigns on the vendor or client side.
- 2-4 years of wireless, cable, or subscriber-based experience leading or developing CRM programs.
- Experience in relationship management with external vendors and agencies.
- Experience in Up/Cross-Selling, Brand Trust, Loyalty Campaign Management, or Performance Analysis.

Pay
The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity for this role ranges from $87,630 to $158,010, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. The national base pay range is $76,200 to $137,400. Employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for annual bonuses or sales incentives based on their role and performance. Corporate employees may receive a year-end bonus based on individual and company performance, while certain Customer Care positions are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
