Campaign Manager
About the role
The Campaign Manager supports the setup, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple lines of business. This role focuses on tactical execution and project coordination, ensuring campaigns move efficiently through the marketing workflow.
Responsibilities
- Support the setup, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple lines of business.
- Manage campaign intake requests and ensure all required information is submitted accurately and on time.
- Cook up and manage creative and design requests, ensuring assets are delivered according to project timelines.
- Maintain organization and visibility across a high volume of concurrent marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign schedules, deliverables, and timelines.
- Aid in maintaining campaign documentation, workflows, and project tracking tools.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Campaign Specialist.
- Experience with campaign execution and campaign funnels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Exposure to 6sense, RingLead, or similar marketing technology platforms.
- Experience in the payments industry.
- Experience supporting B2B marketing campaigns.
- Experience coordinating trade show or event marketing initiatives.
