Campaign Execution Manager

Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to develop coordinated campaign plans that drive conversion and improve business outcomes
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with customer journeys and marketing objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, web, media, and events teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
- Utilize Workfront daily (or designated project management tools) to manage workflows, timelines, and team collaboration
- Oversee multiple concurrent campaigns, balancing priorities while maintaining high performance and quality standards
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and team productivity
- Ensure all campaign deliverables meet quality, brand, and performance expectations
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep campaigns on track
- Support campaign optimization efforts by incorporating feedback and performance insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience with a strong track record of campaign execution
- Extensive, hands-on experience with project management tools such as Workfront
- Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation campaigns
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail with a focus on executional excellence
Qualifications

$58,300.00 - $75,750.00 USD
