About the role
The Account Manager position is part of Source's dedicated team, working closely with the Showroom Manager to grow sales and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong selling skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent oral communications.
Responsibilities
- Generate prospects from an assigned marketing territory
- Sell memberships to personal prospects
- Maintain a level of professional knowledge about flooring products
- Encourage new Members to activate memberships by making their first purchases
- Aid in showroom promotions and events
- Sell products to Members and their clients
- Instruct Members on maintaining control of clients
- Follow up on orders
- Assist in maintaining showroom cleanliness and organization of samples

Pay
Average first year salary of $65,000, uncapped commission.
Schedule
Full-time, minimum 45 hours per week
Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM (on a rotation schedule)
