About the role
We're hiring a Campaign Delivery Manager on a 3-month fixed-term contract during a key period of growth, with the potential to develop into a permanent Campaign Manager opportunity. You will take ownership of delivering a portfolio of US campaigns, working across teams, campus partners, suppliers, and on-the-ground event staff to turn campaign plans into execution. This is a hands-on project management role for someone who loves making things happen and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
As one of our key delivery contacts during US working hours, you'll bridge our UK and US operations, supporting live campaigns, responding to questions, and ensuring issues are resolved quickly.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of experiential and integrated campaigns across the US.
- Turn campaign briefs into clear delivery plans, timelines, and actions.
- Coordinate all moving parts required to deliver campaigns, including staffing, production, logistics, campus requirements, and suppliers.
- Work with Campus Partners and the Partnerships team to understand requirements, secure approvals, and ensure activations are ready.
- Brief and manage Event Managers, Brand Ambassadors, and other on-the-ground teams.
- Collaborate with Campaign Planning, Central Operations, Creative Production, Staffing, Partnerships, and Commercial teams.
- Keep clients and internal stakeholders confident in delivery through clear, proactive communication.
- Manage multiple live campaigns at different stages, maintaining accurate timelines, trackers, and key information.
- Be a key point of contact for delivery during US working hours, supporting teams on the ground and responding to live queries.
- Spot risks early, solve problems quickly, and escalate when needed.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered safely, professionally, on brand, and as promised.
- Capture campaign evidence and Proof of Delivery to demonstrate impact.
Requirements
- Strong campaign or project management experience.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects, campaigns, or events simultaneously.
- Good understanding of experiential delivery and the practicalities behind live activations.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Confidence working with clients, suppliers, partners, and on-the-ground teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Calm, practical approach when plans change or problems arise.
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-moving environment.
- Confidence working independently while being part of a wider international team.
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to get stuck in wherever needed.
Nice to have
- Experience working with university or college campuses, student audiences, or multi-location campaigns (a bonus but not essential).
