Campaign Coordinator

About the role

Biz Voice Boost Inc. is looking for a Campaign Coordinator who can help campaigns, content, communications, and marketing projects move forward with organized execution and follow-through. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates in the United States. The role supports the day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows associated with Biz Voice Boost Inc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating campaign, content, communication, or promotional tasks against an agreed calendar.
• Maintaining briefs, approvals, asset status, customer information, and performance notes.
• Supporting research, copy coordination, email, social, or other digital workflows relevant to assigned projects.
• Tracking deadlines and preparing clear updates so work does not stall between contributors.

• Strong written communication and organization.
• Comfort coordinating deadlines, content, and digital workflows.
• Attention to brand, audience, and campaign details.
• Ability to summarize status and performance information clearly.
• Comfort applying these habits to campaign coordination rather than treating the work as generic administrative support.

Training on company-specific processes or systems may be provided where appropriate.

Remote Work

The work assigned to this Campaign Coordinator position is designed to be completed remotely through approved digital systems, email, phone, shared documents, and other collaboration tools. Reliable follow-through, secure handling of information, and clear written status updates are important.

Pay

Base compensation: $44,000–$66,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
