Key Responsibilities
- Provide care for routine medical needs, including minor injuries, illnesses, and general health concerns
- Assess and respond to urgent and emergent medical situations, following appropriate protocols
- Administer first aid and medication in accordance with camp policies and physician instructions
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records for campers and staff
- Communicate effectively with camp leadership regarding health concerns or incidents
- Monitor and support campers who are ill or require rest periods away from activities
- Ensure proper storage, documentation, and administration of medications
- Communicate with parents in the event of sick or injured campers
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or other applicable licensed/certified healthcare credential as required by state regulations
- CPR and First Aid certification (or equivalent MedAid certification)
- Experience working with children or in a camp, school, or similar setting preferred
- Ability to assess situations quickly and respond appropriately in a variety of medical scenarios
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Compensation
Weekly Stipend $1,020 paid biweekly, plus additional overnight stipend weekly
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move around camp grounds and respond quickly to emergencies
- Ability to lift and assist campers as needed

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, plus one overnight shift weekly (Thursday nights, paid with additional overnight stipend per week)
