About the role
Cypress Village is recruiting for a Hospitality-focused Nurse Manager to join their team. This position is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and delegating and supervising the care and services provided by Licensed Nurses and Quality of Life Specialists.
Responsibilities
- Supervise direct care of residents and nursing personnel on his/her shift.
- Administer direct care as necessary.
- Give and receive shift reports.
- Rounds twice a shift to assure proper care is rendered in a safe and clean environment.
- Aids in developing comprehensive care plans.
Qualifications
- RN currently licensed in the State.
- At least 6 months nursing experience in long-term care setting preferred.
