About the role

We are seeking dedicated volunteers to mentor Afghan girls and women facing barriers to education and personal growth. Mentors will provide guidance, encouragement and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to Afghan girls and women
• Encourage personal growth and development
• Offer opportunities for learning and skill-building

Requirements

• Willingness to commit a few hours per week
• Ability to work weekdays (daytime, evenings)

• Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
