Call Center Specialist, Part-time 7A-7P Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities

The Call Center Specialist at Brentwood Hospital is responsible for:

• Answering telephone calls within 3 rings using the appropriate greeting and obtaining all pertinent clinical, demographic, and insurance information.
• Performing telephonic risk assessments to determine levels of suicidality and homicidality in callers in crisis, utilizing 911 emergency systems when necessary.
• Accurately and thoroughly completing Inquiry Call Sheets (ICS) to document obtained information and outcomes of telephonic assessments.
• Scheduling assessments, psychiatric evaluations, and admissions with potential patients or referral sources, explaining the evaluation and admission process and informing patients of necessary items to bring for their stay.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Social Services field.
• Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Saturdays and Sundays.
