Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including a clear, friendly phone voice
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
- A professional and positive attitude, and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, Word and Excel a must, PowerPoint a plus
- Knowledge of Gateway Ticketing System a plus
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
- Must be flexible & available to work weekends, holidays & extended hours
