Call Center Sales Consultant

About the role

This position is based at our 333 Commerce St, Nashville, TN 37201 location. You must be able to report to this location onsite.

Join our award-winning sales team as a Call Center Sales Representative, the front line of our company. You’ll sell cutting-edge technology, identify opportunities, and provide solutions to meet our customers' needs through proven sales techniques and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Utilize proven sales techniques to build customer relationships and enhance the buying and service experience for small business customers
• Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and service objectives to earn extra cash
• Interact proficiently with a variety of online systems to provide the right solutions that meet customer needs
• Shape the customer experience by generating revenue, retaining customers, and answering questions

Requirements

• Call center or customer service experience
• Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
• Occasional overtime may be required
• Ability to work onsite in one of our call centers

Pay

Base pay starts between $400 and $822.50 per week (not including commissions). With commissions, you have the opportunity to earn an additional $2,750+ per month based on performance.
