About the role

We are seeking a Call Center Representative to support our fingerprinting, photo, and I-9 processing sites across the country. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Takes incoming calls from our fingerprinting, photo, and I-9 processing sites across the country.
  • Sets up and maintains the Fieldprint Station sites in remote locations.
  • Provides basic technical support for end users of the Fieldprint Station sites.
  • Manages the shipping process for defective devices in the field.
  • Provides end user support via phone to ensure successful use of the Fieldprint Station and Livescan device.
  • Understands and provides support on scanning protocols.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of basic computer terminology and parts of a computer.
  • Knowledge of various necessary software and hardware programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects.

Skills

  • Basic technical support.
  • Return authorization and shipping process management.
  • End user support via phone.
  • Scanning protocol understanding and support.

Pay

$16.20/hr.

Schedule

M-F 11am-7pm, with an occasional Saturday.
