About the role
We are seeking a Call Center Representative to support our fingerprinting, photo, and I-9 processing sites across the country. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Takes incoming calls from our fingerprinting, photo, and I-9 processing sites across the country.
- Sets up and maintains the Fieldprint Station sites in remote locations.
- Provides basic technical support for end users of the Fieldprint Station sites.
- Manages the shipping process for defective devices in the field.
- Provides end user support via phone to ensure successful use of the Fieldprint Station and Livescan device.
- Understands and provides support on scanning protocols.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of basic computer terminology and parts of a computer.
- Knowledge of various necessary software and hardware programs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects.
Skills
- Basic technical support.
- Return authorization and shipping process management.
